At Peno, we love to get it right for you—every single time you trust us with your purchase. Our goal is to ensure an absolutely hassle-free shopping experience for you.

Note: The promo code WELCOMEPENO is not applicable on discounted products.


Product Authenticity & Return Eligibility

We assure you that all products sold on penoindia.com are new and 100% genuine. In the unlikely event that the product is not received in good condition, is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, you may return or exchange it, provided:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition

  • It is returned with original packaging, tags, and invoice

  • You provide complete transaction details (order ID, receipt)


Resolution Options

We offer one of the following:

  • Replacement

  • Exchange

  • Refund via coupons

If you’ve received an item in a Damaged, Defective condition, or Not as Described, you may request a free replacement.


30-Day Replacement Guarantee

You must inform us within 30 days of receiving the product. Replacement is subject to availability of stock. If unavailable, we offer a full refund, no questions asked. You may also choose a replacement of equal or lesser value from available stock.

Once confirmed by our customer support, you will be guided through the pickup process.

Ensure that the return is initiated within 30 days of delivery, and that the product is returned unused and in its original condition with all packaging, labels, and invoice.


Pickup & Refund Process

  • We do not charge extra for returns—replacements and pickups are free

  • If we cannot arrange a pickup at your location, you can return the product via any courier service and we will reimburse the shipping cost against the original receipt

  • In case of a refund, the entire amount including shipping and gift charges will be credited back (processing time depends on payment partner policy)


Exceptions

  • Made-to-order/custom items, international orders, and discounted products cannot be returned or replaced

Shipping Policy

  • Orders are dispatched within 3 business days from order confirmation, unless stated otherwise (e.g., made-to-order items)

  • Airway Bill (AWB) number will be shared upon dispatch

  • We use FedEx and Delhivery for domestic orders and Skynet for international shipping

Shipping Charges

  • Orders ≤ ₹4999: ₹100 shipping charge

  • Orders > ₹5000: Free shipping

International customers must bear applicable customs or duties, if any, as per their country’s regulations.
