  • Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if any) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • We may offer free shipping on select orders or promotions.

Delivery Delays

While we aim to deliver within 10 days, delays may occur due to:

  • High order volume
  • Weather conditions
  • Logistics issues beyond our control

Return & Refund Policy

At Peno India, we aim to provide high-quality products to our customers. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

No Return Policy

We do not accept returns on any products once they are delivered.

exchange policy

We only offer exchange in case you receive a damaged or defective item.

  • You must inform us within 3 days of delivery.
  • Requests made after 3 days will not be accepted.
  • The item must be unused and in original packaging.
  • Proof of damage (photos/videos) is required.

Once your request is approved, we will arrange an exchange for the same product (subject to availability).

Payment policy

No Cash on Delivery (COD)

We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

All orders must be prepaid using available payment methods such as:

  • UPI
  • Debit/Credit Cards
  • Net Banking

Orders will only be processed after successful payment confirmation.
